A book explaining why your twenties matter and what you should do about it.
The book can be separated into 3 sections:
1. Work
2. Love
3. The brain and the body
It examines each section through examples that the author had come across in her profession as a clinical psychologist.
It explains why through science and our present environment that more than ever we should be intentional in living our lives.
The twenties are a pivotal period in our lives and sets the general path in which we conduct the following phases of our lives.
I recommend this book for those who are between the ages of 16 and 35 to have a better understanding of the phase in their lives that may sometimes be unclear.
